What does a complete home inspection do for me?

If you are doing more than a basic inspection it may take longer. White Dog Inspections is in no rush and typically takes only 1 or 2 inspections per day for this reason.

Do you need a license in order to perform inspections in Michigan?

Answer: No. You do not need a license to perform inspections in Michigan as of June 2020. This may change in the future. White Dog Inspections has the only accredited certification in the United States with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. To become a certified home inspector, training, studying, and testing are required. Having the knowledge to know what to look for in an inspection is paramount.
